What can I say about Josh Finigan and The Finigan Group buy wow. You will not get this kind of dedication from another realty company or realtor. This was my 4th property to sell and I can say hands down, Josh is the best out there. Wish I had known him sooner on earlier properties. From the moment you talk about your property to the pictures to posting, he is in constant contact. It doesn't stop there. He will follow up on showings and that impressed me because as an owner, you want to know immediately if there is anything you can improve in your property. Josh is very good at what he does. He is honest and will get you the most money for your house. He knows the market inside and out and doesn't feed you a bunch of nonsense. Me and Josh clicked the first time we spoke and I had a good feeling about him and he delivered. He came into my house in a Tuesday afternoon and by that Saturday evening we had 3 offers and one over asking price. In those four days he took beautiful pictures, did measurements, marketed our property and helped stage the house. We didn't even wait a few more days to see what else we could get so we cancelled all remaining showings and laster not even a half a day total on the market which was exactly what we wanting cause it gets draining having to show your house to a ton of people when its not marketed right. I closed on my home yesterday thanks to Josh, Katie and the rest of the Finigan Group. My initial sit down with him was informative and to the point, it was made clear where we stood immediately just looking at the data. A plan was made and the process had begun. It was fairly hands off considering the paperwork needed for a home sale. Any paperwork needing to be done was almost exclusively through DocuSign which made the process easy in that everything is made available on your phone or other devices. The viewings process was straight forward as well with the ability to set what times work for you, and the platform used made it simple. Closing was also painless and a breeze. If anyone should ask me who I would recommend for their next hone sale or purchase, there is only one group of people I would recommend, and that would be the Finigan Group. After a disastrous 8-month episode with a “sit and wait” realtor, that quit on us, I began interviewing realtors. Being very skeptical after the bad experience, I vetted 5 realtors. 4 realtors were EXACTLY THE SAME, announcing that they are the “best realtor”, “lots of positive sales”, and “quick turnaround”, but Josh Finigan was not of that churn and burn style realtor.Josh arrived on time and was very interested in our private 9-acre residence. He had already done his homework and was very open and transparent regarding how much the property will sale for. I said that I wanted to list it for more and he said it would not sale and he probably couldn’t help me, WOW!He proceeded to explain exactly WHY the property needed to list for an amount that he suggested, providing several properties in our proximity that had sold, and properties currently on the market. I was convinced that Josh Finigan was far above the average realtors I had interviewed.Without knowing anything about the bad realtor experience, Josh proceeded to show me hundreds of examples of The Finigan Process of marketing my property. None of the realtors I interviewed had half the means and marketing efforts Josh and his team were prepared to offer.Josh was the obvious choice to sell the property. Within 2 days of signing, his team were on-site taking new and better pictures of the home and property. The ball was rolling almost immediately and within 5 days, it was listed again.One thing Josh repeated: “This is a unique property, lots of land and a manufactured home.” I totally agreed that it is unique, and privacy is a huge selling point. He estimated the sale taking 2-3 months. WE WERE UNDER CONTRACT WITHIN 30 DAYS!I declined the initial offer, but during that time, Josh was phenomenal with his negotiating skills. He was very communicable, transparent and respectful during the entire process. I knew everything as it happened and he advised me along the way, providing options and best-case scenarios. It was totally my decision to end negotiations and re-list the property.After Josh’s team re-listed the property, there were numerous showings and interests. I received several offers and Josh helped me decide on the best one. I have so many great things I’d like to share about our experience with The Finigan Group, but here are a few bullet points: - Communication was freaking awesome! - The education they provide is genuinely helpful. - When under contract, Josh really got to work and made sure all went smoothly, and everyone involved did their part. Most people that know my wife and I well—and Josh can attest to this from our interactions throughout this process—know that she takes the reigns on big decisions. She is far more detail oriented and skeptical which makes her really good at managing big money & life decisions. The pressure was on when she left it up to me to pick a real estate agent as we took the first steps towards our long-time dream of owning a house and moving closer to family in the Charlotte area. I took my assignment seriously; researching many agents for almost a year before I settled. During this time, I ran into The Finigan Group and was immediately impressed by the educational videos regarding all things related to Charlotte housing market and market trends in general. I subscribed, watched most of the episodes, and genuinely learned a lot. I contacted Josh already anticipating that the Finigan group would be a great fit. Both my wife and I were blown away by how on top of everything Josh was. I chose Josh because he offered a marketing-forward sales approach. The market has changed since realtors could just list a property and sell a home within hours. First I want to say I am not the easiest to please as I don't trust a lot of people We came close to using one realtor but he talked too much fiction for me. Then we got a realtor, but got bit by the low commission and inexperience as she got steamrolled by the other realtor during closing/repair negotiations. After the deal fell apart and we parted ways with realtor I got about 60 different calls from realtors and answered very few of them, and actually had a conversation with maybe 2 of them in all. I normally never would deal with some person who called me trying to get business, but there was something different about Josh. Josh was born to be a realtor. He is very smart but explains everything, and doesn't try to come across as a know it all. He listens to what you think and then he gives his expertise and backs it up with reasons why as he is extremely prepared. He doesnt make unrealistic promises, but he does want to get you the very best price when selling your house and he has the exact plan to do it. From Josh coming into my kitchen to him getting full price with house under contract it was a total of 98 hours with 3 offers.He has a great team and they take great pictures (Brody) plus Hayley in the office is fantastic and makes the paperwork end of everything so much easier. So overall 5 stars all around. Josh is just a solid person who is very honest and goes to bat for his clients to get you the very best deal, but most importantly he gets the deal done quick. He isnt pushy and overall we couldn't of been more pleased with him and his entire team. I highly recommend Josh Finnigan and I can promise you that you won't regret it. Glad we connected Josh.

After a disastrous 8-month episode with a “sit and wait” realtor, that quit on us, I began interviewing realtors. Being very skeptical after the bad experience, I vetted 5 realtors. 4 realtors were EXACTLY THE SAME, announcing that they are the “best realtor”, “lots of positive sales”, and “quick turnaround”, but Josh Finigan was not of that churn and burn style realtor. Josh arrived on time and was very interested in our private 9-acre residence. He had already done his homework and was very open and transparent regarding how much the property will sale for. I said that I wanted to list it for more and he said it would not sale and he probably couldn’t help me, WOW! He proceeded to explain exactly WHY the property needed to list for an amount that he suggested, providing several properties in our proximity that had sold, and properties currently on the market. I was convinced that Josh Finigan was far above the average realtors I had interviewed. Without knowing anything about the bad realtor experience, Josh proceeded to show me hundreds of examples of The Finigan Process of marketing my property. None of the realtors I interviewed had half the means and marketing efforts Josh and his team were prepared to offer. Josh was the obvious choice to sell the property. Within 2 days of signing, his team were on-site taking new and better pictures of the home and property. The ball was rolling almost immediately and within 5 days, it was listed again. One thing Josh repeated: “This is a unique property, lots of land and a manufactured home.” I totally agreed that it is unique, and privacy is a huge selling point. He estimated the sale taking 2-3 months. WE WERE UNDER CONTRACT WITHIN 30 DAYS! I declined the initial offer, but during that time, Josh was phenomenal with his negotiating skills. He was very communicable, transparent and respectful during the entire process. I knew everything as it happened and he advised me along the way, providing options and best-case scenarios. It was totally my decision to end negotiations and re-list the property. After Josh’s team re-listed the property, there were numerous showings and interests. I received several offers and Josh helped me decide on the best one. With his guidance, we closed the sale in less than 30 days.
